Sreya is currently studying public health with a minor in business and is pursuing a career in healthcare management and administration. Along with the Indian Students Association, she is also a part of Sigma Delta Omega, and works at the Academic Success Center on campus. In her spare time, Sreya enjoys She enjoys dancing, singing, and trying to play the uke.
Sreya says, "I joined ISA because it has provided me with a platform that allows me to share my culture with the rest of the OSU community. It also has helped me find people who understand and share my culture.”
Yesha is currently a computer science major and is a part of the Society for Women Engineers, or SWE.
In her free time, Yesha loves to drink boba, spend time with her friends, dance, randomly reenact vines, and is also ISA's resident All-Things-Bollywood expert (I wouldn't go against her in a Bollywood themed Kahoot, if you know what I mean).
When asked why Yesha joined ISA, she shares that she joined "because I wanted to help represent the Indian culture and enjoy planning events that serve that purpose." Her favorite part of ISA has been getting to meet new people and make meaningful connections during events/socials.
Snigdha is a 4th year Biology and Psychology student working towards applying to medical school. Other than her work as our website developer, former PR head, and VP, she is a research assistant at the Health Equity and Addiction Lab here at OSU and currently works at the Academic Success Center, as well as the Honors College Peer Mentor Program!
Having been at ISA all four years of her time at OSU, She thinks of ISA as a family, and is grateful for being able to stay connected to her heritage. In her free time, she loves hanging out with friends, dancing and singing, and has performed at several ISA events over the years.
Pratul is currently studying Business Administration with a goal to open his own restaurant business after he finishes college! One of his favorite hobbies is cooking food, especially all types of Indian food. He also enjoys traveling as he has traveled to a total of 27 countries.
Pratul said the following when asked why he joined ISA: “To me, ISA is a platform that brings the Indian community at OSU together and through this, spread culture and diversity. It is similar to a home away from home."
Neranjan first joined ISA as a freshman and has been with us for three years. He currently has interests in Microbiology and Computer Science. Aside from ISA, Neranjan is also a part of OSU Bhangra's competitive team - check out their instagram for clips of Neranjan performing (@osubhangra)!
Neranjan's favorite part about ISA is that it's "a super inclusive organization that lets me explore my culture and heritage." He goes on to say, "I joined in the beginning to find a family, which I did."
Pranav is a 3rd year Computer Science student at OSU. In addition to being our treasurer, he is a software engineering intern at SharkNinja.
Having been to multiple ISA events in the past, he believes that ISA is an integral part of promoting Indian culture at OSU. He is looking forward to becoming a part of ISA and getting involved with the community. In his free time, he likes to hang out with his friends, cook, workout and bike
Shivani is a second year Microbiology student here at Oregon State. After earning her degree, she wants to attend medical school! She is very proud of her Indian heritage and loves to embrace that aspect of her life through dance, music, etc. Shivani also said that she joined ISA because she really appreciates and values the committee’s proactive efforts to integrate the Indian culture on campus.
Anju is a sophomore this year and is majoring in Computer Science. She joined ISA to get more involved at OSU and found ISA to be a great fit, as she greatly enjoys and is passionate about helping events run smoothly and spreading information about our events to others, as well as sharing her culture with the OSU and Corvallis communities.
Anju has played tennis her entire life and even plays for the club team at Oregon State. When she's not busy coppin' Ws at tennis and ISA, She really enjoys watching MasterChef.
Kanha is a 2nd year Mechanical Engineering major who has been a strong part of the Oregon State community since he moved to Corvalli and has participated in many summer camps at OSU as well as working as a research assistant in the CBEE lab. Along with ISA, Kanha is a member of the Student Budget Advisory Committee. Kanha is also an Oregon State Soccer champion. Currently, he works as a Systems Engineering Intern at Hewlett-Packard Inc. while taking classes.
As a 1st year member in ISA, Kanha hopes to give back to the Corvallis and OSU community by putting on events and building the ISA network. In his free time, he loves playing basketball, hanging with friends and listening to music.

Prajna is a 2nd year Honors Microbiology student, following a pre-med track. She works as an undergraduate researcher at the Dallas lab, studying antimicrobial properties of bioactive milk peptides.
This is her 1st year on ISA and works as our PR representative, and she looks forward to all the opportunities ISA provides to help her stay in touch with her roots. In her free time, Prajna enjoys spending time with her friends, painting and dancing.

Nitya is a 3rd year undergraduate student majoring in Finance and Business Information Systems, hoping to go into investment banking post-graduation. Nitya recently joined the ISA team this year to learn more about the Indian community and culture at Oregon State. Aside from ISA she is involved with numerous business-related clubs and mentoring programs on campus, and is also a part of the Oregon State Bhangra Team.
When asked why she joined ISA she mentioned how “ISA is a committee but more over a family I wanted to be a part of! The culture and inclusivity they share with everyone at Oregon State was inspiring and I believe I can contribute my skills to this organization to the best of my ability."
Khushi is a first year BioHealth sciences major hoping to go pre-med. She has lived in Germany, India, England, and now the U.S., and has developed a great love for her heritage as well as exploring other cultures and gaining various experiences. Khushi hopes to spread and celebrate her love for culture through ISA as a publicity coordinator.
During her spare time, Khushi loves to paint and play the guitar. She adores traveling and meeting new people and can’t wait to experience new opportunities that can help her do so through college and beyond.
Sahil is in his third year studying Industrial Engineering and is a TA/LA for numerous IE/ENGR courses (so if you have any coding questions, he's your guy 🤓). Sahil also devotes his time to the Society of Manufacturing Engineers as their Vice President! Most importantly, Sahil wants everyone to know that he loves his dog, Rio - check out our instagram (@oregonstateisa) for pics of the cutest dog ever!
"ISA is such a special group of people that I'm thankful to be a part of," Sahil says, when asked what he loves most about ISA. He hopes "ISA continues to grow and everyone on campus can get to learn about our great culture."
Siddarth is pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering. He loves to sing both classical and Bollywood music, and has been a performer at India Night for the past few years! Other hobbies Siddarth enjoys include bhangra, yoga, tennis, swimming, and hiking. He loves being a part of ISA, saying the following about his thoughts of our organization: ISA is here to represent in whole the aspirations of the local Indian community, not just culturally but also taking into account the deep culture and balancing it with popular culture. And this is an important task given India’s diverse, ancient, and colorful civilization.
Santosh is a 2nd year student here at OSU and is currently pursuing a double major between computer science and BIS. Aside from being the undergraduate representative, Santosh spends his free time competing on Oregon State's sales club and dancing on OSU's Bhangra team.
Being an avid advocate for Indian culture, Santosh is excited for the opportunity to bring on more people to the ISA family. Some of his favorite ISA events include movie nights, Dandiya Night, and social events. He encourages all of you to come by an ISA event and say hi!
